Meet The Founder
Tara Smith is the inspiring force behind Moxie Made Ventures and the creator of the Laugh and Leisure Women’s Retreat. As a mother, cattle rancher, and lifelong seeker of personal growth, peace, and self-love, Tara is passionate about empowering women to discover their inner strength and take ownership of their lives.
Growing up in the rugged terrain of cowboy culture, Tara gained invaluable life skills and values but also encountered challenges to finding true peace and contentment. Through her journey of self-discovery, she has learned that self-worth stems from cultivating a compassionate relationship with oneself. Her mission is to build a community of women committed to growing—individually and together.
